♡About the chakras
Chakras are energy centers or energy wheels. There are 7 main chakras located along the spine, starting at the base and ending at the top of the head. The chakras can spin more or less freely, and mirror how balanced the individuals physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing is.
♡Meditation:
First take 3 long deep breaths, relax and then with your awareness deeply rooted at the base of your spine, listen to the LAM track chanting. Visualize a deep red color from the Muladhara chakra that vibrates and expands outwards and upwards like a volcano.
