♡ABOUT THE MANIPURA CHAKRA ACTIVATION TRACK
I chanted the seed mantra sound ram over 108 times. My wife chanted along also on the higher octaves. As the chakra is the seat of personal power, I thought some dynamic drums were suitable. I also played a long sitar drone, adding an Indian touch to the track

♡ABOUT THE CHAKRAS
Chakras are energy centers or energy wheels. There are 7 main chakras located along the spine, starting at the base and ending at the top of the head. The chakras can spin more or less freely, and mirror how balanced the individuals physical, mental and spiritual well being is.

♡MEDITATION
First take 3 long deep breaths, relax and rest your awareness at the upper part of the belly, where your diaphragm rests and listen to or chant along with the RAM track chanting. Visualize a yellow gem like a topaz or tiger-eye while listening. As this chakra is the center of personal power, you can also repeat affirmations like: ‘I am a sovereign being’ or ‘my happiness is independent of any external source’.
