Chakras are energy centers or energy wheels. There are 7 main chakras located along the spine, starting at the base and ending at the top of the head. The chakras can spin more or less freely, and mirror how balanced the individuals physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing is. The Svadhisthana chakra is our center of playfulness, pleasure, creativity and sensuality
